Pastor David has faithfully served in pastoral ministry for over 25 years, proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and shepherding God’s people with compassion and integrity. He holds an associate degree in business administration a bachelor’s degree in business 

management, and a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, equipping him with both spiritual and professional tools to minister to the whole person - spirit, soul, and

body.

Dr. Laura Taylor 

First Lady

Dr. Laura is a devoted servant-leader and the heart of Signs and Wonders Ministries. She is a lifelong learner, with a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University, a master’s degree from Mary Baldwin College, and a doctorate degree from the University

of Phoenix, reflecting her commitment to excellence and growth. Her favorite scripture, Matthew 22:37-39, shapes her passion for loving God wholeheartedly and serving others with compassion.

Known for her warmth and grace, Dr. Laura finds joy in encouraging women, strengthening families, and supporting the ministry’s mission. When she is not serving alongside her husband, she treasures spending quality time with her family, which she

considers her first ministry.​
