Connecting Through Ministry

Provides direct support to the Senior Pastor by overseeing ministry operations, leadership teams, and strategic planning to ensure the church’s vision is carried out with excellence. 

Manages administrative duties, scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping. Ensures smooth communication between pastors, leaders, and members. Handles official church documents, minutes, and correspondence. 

Oversees the full worship experience, including music, dance, drama, and media. Ensures each element flows together to create a Spirit-led worship encounter that reflects the church’s vision. 

Leads ministry for children (ages 2–12). Provides safe, engaging, and faith-centered programming to introduce children to Christ through lessons, activities, and worship designed for their age group. 

Ministers to ages 12–18 through mentorship, discipleship, and fellowship. Provides spiritual growth opportunities, activities, and leadership development to prepare the next generation of believers. 

Oversees Bible studies, discipleship classes, Sunday School, and teaching ministries. Equips members with biblical knowledge and tools for Christian living. 

Focuses on outreach and soul-winning. Trains and equips members to share the Gospel effectively, organizes evangelistic events, and connects new believers into the church body. 

Provides a warm, welcoming environment for members and visitors. Oversees greeters, ushers, and first-time guest connections to ensure everyone feels valued and cared for. 

Recruits, trains, and organizes volunteers across all ministries. Ensures members are serving in the right places according to their gifts and that volunteers receive support and appreciation. 

Coordinates church efforts to serve the community through food distribution, clothing drives, service projects, and partnerships. Ensures the church is a visible light beyond the walls. 

Manages the church’s finances, including budgets, accounting, giving records, and stewardship. Ensures financial transparency, accountability, and alignment with the church’s mission. 

Oversees the facilities, maintenance, logistics, and overall day-to-day operations of the church. Ensures the campus is safe, functional, and welcoming for all activities. 

Supports the Senior Pastor and guest ministers with prayer, service assistance, and personal support. Ensures leadership is covered spiritually and practically during ministry functions. 

Manages church technology needs including livestream, sound, media, IT systems, databases, and communications. Ensures the church operates with efficiency and excellence using technology.

Daughters of Destiny (DOD), the women’s ministry of SWM, is dedicated to equipping and empowering women to walk boldly in their God-given purpose. We provide a welcoming space for women of all ages and seasons of life to grow spiritually, build authentic relationships, and serve our community.

Through Bible studies, mentoring, fellowship events, and outreach projects, DOD encourages women to deepen their faith, support one another, and impact the world around them. Whether it’s through prayer, service, or simply sharing life together, we strive to inspire women to live with purpose, passion, and destiny in Jesus Christ.
